Industrial Hand Held Needle Scanner for Shoemaking 

     Handheld needle detector designed specially for detection of broken, or complete needle in the garments and fabric. The hand type needle detector is designed for several applications including woodworking metal detection, materials inspection, etc. Ideal for pin pointing metal in fabrics, canvas, plastics, or other materials. The small needle handheld detector is providing excellent solution for inspection of garments “contaminated” with purposely attached metal decoration. Such garments are often difficult, or impossible to scan by other types of handheld needle detectors. The handheld needle metal detector is very simple; hold the detector and move it over an articles surface. Whenever metal is detected alarm is activated along with a flashing light and a buzzer. Immediately alerts operator of where setting pins, sewing needles, or sewing machine needles, staples and other metal objects are left in materials.
